Our history
Our history starts from the beginning of the 80's when we settled in Antwerp, Belgium, basis of one of the most important Diamond Bourses in the world. We decided directly to be open to any kind of request from our customers from any kind of fancy shaped diamond to the round ones, with or without certificate. Our clients are considered as partners Subsequently it is our primary interest to put them in condition to work in the best way. This way of thinking manifests itself in all the steps of our relationship. Those who know us appreciate since always our readiness in offering pieces of information, price offers and appraisals on any type of diamond without any obligation of any kind, and this about our own goods as well as about merchandise to be found on the market. We do not make you lose your time: if whatever you require is beyond our capability, we will tell you directly so that you will be able to consult somebody else, but always coming back to us! From the moment of the agreement until the delivery at your address seldom will pass more the 72 hours. The Technical Part The goods Speaking about round diamonds, our stock is basically composed by gems of medium and high quality for what concerns polish perfection and color whiteness: the clarity varies through the entire specter of the possibilities, from Internally Flawless to SI 2. Almost all the diamonds weighing over one carat, as well as the best ones over the 30 pointers, are certified by one of the three major laboratories in the world (G.I.A. or H.R.D. or I.G.I.). Moreover we produce by ourselves part of our stock; this allows us to be very competitive for what concerns availability and price of the goods. Regarding the fancy shaped diamonds we have a very interesting system of sale; basing ourselves on the measurements and the quality specified by our customer we are ready to supply even one single small stone. This will avoid the purchase of a too big quantity of goods with an evident financial advantage. Here we arrive to a point that we would like to stress particularly. Being our main office in Antwerp (even though we have an address in Milan-Italy too) you might think that we dislike small and medium-small customers and that we see our activity only in terms of quantity; the reality is symmetrically different. Even though it is evident that we like to see our business enlarged, everything has to come at the due time and way. Any demand is for us a central part of our work and we will be more than glad to satisfy it with the biggest enthusiasm. |
